Henrietta Hastings is forced to reassess her life after receiving devastating news from her oncologist. She decides to take matters into her own hands but not before seeking a reconciliation after twenty years with her estranged son, Leon, now living in California. Nothing has prepared her for the shock that awaits her there or that she should find the unexpected answer to her prayers.
