At the regular post-work unwind, Kate Happ, superstar advertising Exec, arrives late, again, after being held up at the office, again, and treats the gathering as if it were an agenda'd meeting, again, as she throws out ill judged 'soundbite' advice, again, before being recalled to the office to work, again.

On her way back to the grind, Kate causes the cabbie to crash the car. Upon waking, Kate's world gets turned upside down - when the careless words that she consistently utters seem to take on a life of their own.
